For a Saturday before Easter, what a relief to find someone who understood my problem. I have an apartment building with a boiler. The hot water heats all the apartments. It quit on Friday night, so it was cold Saturday morning and expecting to be colder Saturday night and Easter Sunday! I dreaded giving everyone electric heaters to Monday. They might tip one over or who knows. I called 3 HVAC guys that I knew of.  Only one called me back and he knew nothing about boilers.  Then I recalled the STATZ billboard on Hwy 33 East in Reedsburg (my city) so I looked up the phone number in the yellow pages.  The ad said 24hr service and also listed boilers!  Caught my eye!!!!  When I called they answered so professionally and understood the furnace problem. They came, they fixed, they cleaned, reset & serviced! VOILA!!!

Steve, We just wanted to let you know how absolutely pleased we are with the work you did on our new (construction) home.  By far, out of all of our subcontractors, you were the most professional, courteous, trustworthy, prompt, conscientious and knowledgeable.  Whether it was working around our kids' bedtime by having late night consultation sessions to choose our system, or painting the gas pipe from the meter to the house so it wouldn't rust, or the extra effort to leave the work area cleaner than you found it, you never ceased to amaze us.  We are so happy with the radiant heat in our home (what a comfortable heat!) and the efficiency of the Viessman boiler... we're never out of hot water! The Trane system with Clean Air Effects and guardian air purifier have been awesome!  Three out of the four people in our home have asthma, and this has made a big difference!  We will never regret the investment we made to put the right HVAC system in our home.  Thanks for making this part of our home building experience an enjoyable one!  Any time you need a reference, please give us a call.
